We met Jacki and Neil at a Wedding Fair at The Prince Regent Hotel and after meeting up to discuss their day further we were delighted when they chose us to cover what was a very special day.
I started at Jacki's parents house early to cover all the bridal preparations, taking all the dress detail, shoes and flowers and waited for everyone to return for having their hair and make up done. All the dresses were beautiful and two little ones as well, after the bridesmaids got ready it was time for them and Jacki's Mum to help her get into her dress, Jacki looked stunning, just time for a quick glass of bubbly and it was time for all of us to get into the mini bus for the journey to The Savoy Chapel in London. Meanwhile Graham had gone to the Prince Regent Hotel to meet up with Neil, the Best Man and Groomsmen along with his family over from Jersey, he took some great images and had some fun with the guys, they then all boarded the red Routemaster bus and set off for the Savoy Chapel, the journey up there was very quick for both buses and we arrived in plenty of time.
Jacki's Dad had special permission to get married in the very special Savoy Chapel, it is a wonderful church and the choir added to the unforgettable experience, after the ceremony we all went out into the garden and threw the confetti and took some family and friends groups. When this was completed we all boarded the Routemaster and Jacki & Neil went in a white Cab back to The Prince Regent Hotel for welcoming drinks, after some mingling time we took some more family and friends groups and then took Jackie & Neil of for some lovely personal images. We then went in for the wedding breakfast and there was great applause when they walked in, after this everyone enjoyed the moving and funny speeches, then the tables were cleared and the cake was bought out for the big cutting and then into a very special and unique first dance.
All in all a wonderful and happy day and many happy memories.
